What If Extended Essay Topics Are Similar to a Classmates?

What If Extended Essay Topics Are Similar to a Classmate's?What if extended essay topics are similar to a classmate's? This question popped into my head during a student journal assignment this year. My assignment was to write a short article on a similar topic from a different perspective. The assignment was a bit tricky, as there were several aspects of the essay topic that I didn't know much about. But after putting the time and effort into it, I came up with an interesting answer. One thing that I have observed in several students is that they seem to take pleasure in trying to make a connection between themselves and their classmates. My assignment was just the opposite. The assignment seemed to make a connection between me and other classmates. The student who wrote the e-mail was actually pretty good at making connections, but he/she had trouble making one between myself and another classmate. This, of course, prompted me to consider how my writing style compares to the writer wh o wrote the email. By comparing my writing style to the e-mail, I was able to come up with an interesting conclusion. To my surprise, I found that my essay topics were similar to a classmate's in that they were both comprised of many of the same elements.Since my essay topics were similar to a classmate's, it makes sense that they would contain many of the same elements. That does not mean, however, that all of my essay topics were similar to another student. In fact, some of my topics and essay topics contained unique elements. It seems that the similarities among my essay topics are greater than the differences.I guess that what I am trying to say is that I was surprised when I first looked at my essay topics. They were very similar, but I did not realize that they were similar until I thought about them a bit further. Perhaps the uniqueness of my topic meant more to the reader than its similarity to another's topic. If you are feeling a little bit lost by your essay topics, I reco mmend that you consider having them compared to another student's. This will help you better understand your topic. Hopefully, you will find that your topic is not nearly as similar to a classmate's as you originally thought. You might also find that the uniqueness of your topic adds to the quality of your essay.Take your essay topics that you have written this year to a class time and compare them with the e-mails that were sent in your classroom. See if you are really writing similar topics and if they really are similar to other students.
